C.J. grew up in the Toledo area, attending St. Joan of Arc grade school, St. John’s Jesuit high school and The University of Toledo. While attending UT he began working with an area home builder, Brian Wright with Wright Custom Homes. C.J. enjoyed the building process and especially showed interest in the finish carpentry aspects of home construction, eventually becoming a Partner with Brian, A partnership which continues to this day.
In 2016 Joe Allos, of Universal Marble and Granite, came to C.J. with the idea of starting a Kitchen Design company. C.J. had been working with Joe and Universal for many years and had formed a solid foundation based on trust and friendship, thus they came together to create World of Design Kitchen and Bath.
World of Design seeks out intrinsic design talent with a focus on project management. Couple this Design Team with C.J.’s finish carpentry skills and Joe’s extensive granite and quartz collection and you have a level of knowledge and expertise unmatched in the Kitchen and Bathroom renovation industry.
C.J. lives in Holland, Ohio with his wife E.B., and two son’s JR and Maverick. Many that come to visit World of Design, will be greeted at the showroom door by their Australian Shepherd, Datsyuk, who seems to sneak in the truck almost every morning.
